Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Support the user base of our timetable and time management application,
- Be able to connect with other customer support teams for pay,
- Be able to inform the different stakeholders if customer problems arise,
- Propose the best solutions and adapt to the context of the customer's business,
- Propose a work plan to the client,
- Perform the required parameterization in the application,
- Coordinate and carry out the quality control required for the delivery of the changes made,
- Training the customer base on our different solutions,
- Assist the customer in the use of these new solutions,
- Document the peculiarities of the client dossier and the various events.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- College degree in administration, accounting or a related field or any other relevant combination of studies and experience,
- A minimum of three years of experience in time management,
- Knowledge of timetable and time management solutions (timesheet, scoring)
- Experience in an IT office environment,
- Understand the principles and the pay preparation cycle
- PCP certification or equivalent from the National Institute of Pay (an asset)
- mastery of modern communication tools,
- Relevant experience in enterprise deployment projects (an asset),
- In-depth knowledge of different pay applications (an asset),
- Spirit of analysis, synthesis and planning,
- Good management of priorities and sense of organization,
- Communication skills,
- Developed sense of customer service,
- Ability to conduct multiple files simultaneously,
- Ability to work with office tools,
- Excellent level of French and English both verbal and written (essentiel)
