Position Description:

Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialisation to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

One senior BA with 15+ yrs of experience in Pune
1. Experience working in IT projects in finance areas (asset management Preferable) and not experience in just supporting operations.
2. Experience in data analysis
3. Good experience in SQL, so that they can write one to run analysis and also understand them when they come across backend end procedures to decode the logic , flows etc.
4. Experience dealing in XML, JSON.
5. If candidates have experience in Eagle Pace/Access then it’s a big plus.• Good understanding of Process and Data around trading, portfolio management, asset and asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Cash, Short terms etc.)
• Experience with Data analysis, Data comparison across sources and drawing conclusions is a must.
• Thorough understanding of Investment Products: Fixed Income, Equity, Derivatives, cash etc.
• Experience in documentation of requirements and producing BRD, FSD etc.
• Experience with Market data like Bloomberg OR Refinitiv OR FactSet OR any other market data vendors.
• Experience in dealing with SQL, XML, JSON, Complex Data / Technical architecture.
• Advance skills in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access, Visio)
• Scope management
• Must have exceptional soft skills, including the ability to speak to both technical and business concerns.
• Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems and propose solutions that address expressed needs.
• Ability to facilitate negotiation and build consensus amongst competing parties, ultimately driving teams to a decision.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to identify and define priorities appropriately.
• Excellent strength in time management and organisation skills with an aptitude toward creative problem solving.
• Ability to operate independently and effectively, making progress on tasks while dealing with process and project ambiguity.
• Experience with analysis in Agile development environments
• Experience using Agile frameworks.
• Experience with EDM platforms like Eagle and/or Trading platforms like BRS Aladdin is a plus.
