Position Description:

5+ Years of Experience

Must Have Skillset
• Develop a Service Cloud Case Management solution, with various flows, including Email-to-Case, SF Messaging
• Will be part of the existing SCRUM team for CRM

• Skills Required:
• Advanced level on Salesforce configuration (Service Cloud)
o Configuration of Service Cloud Case and related objects
• Advanced level on Flow/Process automation (Service Cloud)
o Expertise on Salesforce Flows, and ability to suggest solutions based on best practise
• Experience from messaging (WhatsApp) solution for Service Cloud
• Experience from writing detailed solution directions to User Stories according to best practice, in cooperation with the Product Owners
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Certificates: Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Admin Advanced, Service Cloud
