In your role as a Project Manager you will join the newly created Space, Defence and Intelligence sector in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to join at the start of our journey and grow your own career with the team.

You will be working on the delivery of projects to our clients and developing key local relationships with government and industry. We currently have multiple delivery opportunities within Space, Defence and Intelligence and will find a role that suits your interests and experience.

We have multiple opportunities available, some of which will commence later in 2024. Even if you're not looking for an immediate start, we still encourage you to apply.

Fonctions et responsabilités :

• Lead and manage a team to deliver on a project
• Provide project management guidance and advice to clients
• Deliver project outcomes on time and within budget
• Develop and maintenance of project schedules
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide agile, waterfall or a combination of delivery approaches best suited to project and client needs
• Work in a security classified environment delivering outcomes that contribute to Australia’s national security.

Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle :

• Understand high level technical concepts and communicate issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to work collaboratively and build a strong team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation of work instruction and local procedures
• Experience working in a fast moving, complex Customer oriented environment
• The ability to travel and work away from home when required
• Due to the nature of the work, you will need to be an Australian citizen hold a valid security clearance
• Qualifications in Project Management
• A track record of working within the Australian Defence or Intelligence industry sector
• IT and cyber security knowledge and experience (desirable).
