Position Description:

The Momentum Customer Engagement and Demo Support Subject Matter Expert will join the FSG IP Support and Training sector. This Director will support business development opportunities from across the Momentum Program--such as requests for demonstrations, requirements analysis, and input to proposal responses--in order help grow CGI Federal’s footprint of offerings and services to the federal government. This role will be expected to provide account delivery expertise with Momentum Financials and/or Acquisitions. This role will also support direct customer engagement and industry activities like Momentum Day and external conferences.

This position will require the development of strong relationships with account team and internal team members and the ability to work collaboratively with CGI leadership, within FSG, across BU account teams, and proposal teams.

The ideal candidate will be a strong presenter, understand federal IT opportunities, and have business development experience which will enable strong operational support to Momentum demonstrations and other aforementioned business development activities.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $106,200-235,200 yearly

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Work directly with account teams to support Momentum system demonstrations. This includes preparing system demonstration materials (i.e., presentation slides, demo scripts, and system configuration), conducting system demonstrations, and providing support to account teams with responding to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs with writing technical responses and recommending LOEs.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and artifacts including demonstration materials, process documents and other general documentation.
• Providing guidance and direction to the functional and technical teams that support the designated Momentum demo environments. Review processes and procedures prepared by the demo environment support team. Lend expertise to resolve demo environment issues. Make recommendations to improve maintenance and readiness of the demo environments.
• Providing support to account teams across the project lifecycle including assisting with scope definition, business case development, requirements gathering, functional design, testing, training, and implementation phases.
• Provide planning and logistical support as directed by the Momentum Customer Engagement and BD Support Manager for user engagement events such as Ideas Day and Momentum Day.
• Develop relationships with and maintain excellent communication with account teams and FSG counterparts

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 8+ years in working with or supporting Federal agencies or entities.
• Deep domain expertise in Momentum Financials and/or Acquisitions.
• Expertise in federal financials/acquisitions business practices.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships and networks both internally and externally.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
• Strong interest engaging in business development activities is essential
