Position Description:

CGI is looking for Delivery Consulting Director to provide services to clients as a project manager in the outsourcing field or in the delivery center.

We are looking for a key player in the growth of the entity and is the trusted partner of its internal and external clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Deploy CGI’s industrial suite on operations
• Expand business with customers (internal and external) and produce service proposals
• Grow strong client relationships during assignments to provide clients with additional CGI services to help them achieve their goals
• Ensure and guarantee the quality and timeliness of the services performed
• Ensure proper financial management of operations
• Lead the team
• Assign and recruit team members and develop professional skills
• Promote visibility of CGI’s expertise to clients
• Spread expertise locally and from CGI
• The different indicators for measuring the role, as well as the elements in terms of team size, income
• Experience required, complete the definition of the role of the leader where applicable.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• At least 6 years of experience on a similar role
• Operational management
• Network and relationship Builder

• Ability to achieve and develop a recognized level of expertise in field
• Great communication skills in French and English
