Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Engage with business partners to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend technical solutions.
• Lead solution design and architecture reviews
• Design and implement enterprise Data and Analytics solutions for unique and complicated enterprise business problems
Develop, document, and implement:
o Data models for transactional systems and/or reporting solutions
o ETL for analytics solutions and data migrations
o Data analytic and reporting solutions such as PowerBI or Tableau

• Work with team members to estimate project tasks
• Grow your career ,enhance your technical abilities, and grow the teams you will lead

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Demonstrated ability to recognize business needs, analyze requests, and recommend solid technical solutions
• Lead a team of 3 to 10+ technical consultants
• Manage expectations with your team and with technical and business stakeholders
• Mentor and grow the next round of leaders on your team
• Manage scope, timeline, and project deliverables to ensure successful delivery of projects with firm timelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse group of clients, team members, managers, and domain experts
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and steadfast attention to detail
• Experience developing enterprise, full lifecycle Data and Analytic solutions with hands on experience in one or more of the following: SQL, ETL, data modeling, reporting, and analytics
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or Computer Information Systems (MIS or CIS) or related degree required
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
• Hands on experience building end-to-end data and analytics solutions in each of the following areas: data modeling, data warehousing, ETL, reporting, and analytics
• Experience building and designing reporting and transactional models in various database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, AWS RDS, RedShift, PostgresSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake
• Experience planning and conducting complex data migrations
• Understanding of Master Data Management tools and processes
• Software development experience in languages such as Java, .NET, or Python
• Experience with front end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, and/or Javascript

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $108,600 - $213,800.
