Position Description:

Reinforce your knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) to update your skillset and grow in CGI as a Junior Dynamics Consultant.

Trainees are expected to attend and complete all sessions of the boot camp program. The learning experience is a mixed of instructor-led discussions, hands-on workshops, research, and self-study assignments.

At the end of the learning courses, a capstone project will be given to be completed within a given timeframe, and solution be presented before a panel. After which, the panel shall carefully deliberate, including the performance of individuals throughout the program, and the result of which will be the basis for their potential project engagements.

The trainee is expected to gain knowledge in broad topics both in functional and technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the culmination would be through passing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) certification exam.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a techno-functional consultant, the primary expectation is to understand business requirements, translate it to functional and/or technical specification, then implement solutions using the Dynamics 365 technology. The role shall perform activities including but not limited to:
• Business requirements analysis
• Functional and technical documentation
• Configure, customize, and develop on Dynamics 365
• Testing and deployment
• Root-cause analysis and defects resolution
• Administer and optimize Dynamics 365 environments

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Graduate of Computer Science or any Information Technology degree.
• Experience as a developer or programmer is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in .NET, C#, Visual Studio, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent English and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to start as soon as hired in the Boot Camp.
