Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Under the direction of the Product team, you will support the competitive intelligence team to enrich our backlog of new and existing products related to Human Capital Management and related services. This role will require you to work closely with other teams to:
Identify market and customer requirements.
- Translate competitive intelligence into functional requirements related to our strategic directions
- Identify new opportunities by bringing innovative and visionary ideas
- Develop business cases (including need for change/goal, strategic alignment, benefits, high level implementation plan, financial analysis, risks, etc.)
- Engage with key stakeholders to achieve a shared vision of objectives
- Participate in interviews with our internal and external customers to maximize our understanding of their needs
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, communication, IT, operations, etc. teams
- Participate in various work tables aimed at the evolution and improvement of our products and services
-Involvement in special projects related to our service offerings and solutions
-Participate in the selection of partners to complete the offer of PSC

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

University degree in business administration or similar field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with human capital management applications
(HR, recruitment, talent management, workforce management, payroll and benefits)
- In-depth expertise in human capital management and time management
- Payroll and compliance expertise an asset
- Knowledge of the market and trends is required
- Visionary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent team player and initiative
- Organized and structured
- Ability to manage priorities
- Knowledge of agility an asset
- Canadian Payroll Association certification an asset
- Autonomous and self-taught
- Good presentation skills at all levels of the organization
- Fluency in French and English
