Position Description:

The Hyperion Administrator plays a strategic and functional role as part of the corporate team. He or she is responsible for maintaining different Hyperion applications to ensure the quality of finance processes including month end activities. The administrator also supports Corporate Teams and the Business Units by providing guidance, technical assistance and training

Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Ensure the integrity of the CGI applications within the following Hyperion modules:
-HSS (Hyperion Shared Services)
- HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
- HP (Hyperion Planning)
- FDMEE (Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition)
- FR (Financial Reporting)
- Essbase (Hyperion Planning Database)
- SmartView for Office
• Participate in the month-end process
• Carry out structural changes when necessary at the beginning of the year or on request
• Maintain the mapping tables used when loading data
• Ensure the proper functioning of the calculation rules and the optimization of these rules when necessary
•Always seek to optimize and improve the application processes in order to achieve greater
performance and propose initiatives
• Update documentation during process changes
• Maintain the list of Hyperion users and give access according to established rules
• Development and updating of financial reports, data forms and calculation rules
• Respond promptly and accurately to users requiring support
• Participate in various projects including the update of Hyperion

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science or Information Systems Management
• 1 year minimum experience in a relevant field
• Bilingualism, oral and written

EXPERIENCE
• Action oriented, proactive with high level of accountability for delivering quality work
• Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
• Ability to work in a Team and good communication skills

Functional/Technical
• Ability to work with Office suite, Excel, Word, Power Point and Access
• Asset: Have already worked with Hyperion
• Asset: Master the following languages: VB script, VBA and SQL
