Great opportunity to join CGI’s dynamic total compensation center of expertise and to work in a global environment. The team has the responsibility to improve and support the compensation cycle in around 27 countries. The compensation cycle is composed of the annual salary review, bonus payout and granting of long-term incentives. The team also develop and support web tools used to realize the activities and the training materiel associated with them. In addition, the team is involved in data analytics, reporting and global projects as they arise. The Sr Compensation Analyst will have primary focus on data analytics, client support during year-end cycle, management of the short-term incentive and project support.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
•Support compensation processes such as annual salary review, compensation statements delivery and benchmarking activities.
•Lead activities related to the short-term incentive program cycle, including budgeting and payout.
•Provide analysis and modeling using advanced MS Excel skills.
•Provide support in researching and resolving systems/tools problems, understanding unexpected results and recommending solutions or alternate methods.
•Participate in the delivery of global compensation projects.
•Contribute to the development, documentation and implementation of compensation processes and practices.
•Collaborate actively with internal colleagues and external vendors.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
•Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
•Minimum of 4 years of compensation work experience.
•Strong analytical and reporting skills.
•Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
•Able to work independently, handle multiple priorities and apply good judgment.
•Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
