Position Description:

As the Security Integrated Risk Management (SIRM) Program Director, your role is to oversee the strategy, planning and implementation of the Integrated Risk Management solution in order to ensure timely and quality delivery. To ensure long-term success, you provide a strategic perspective and long-term vision aligned with CGI and Global Security goals.

In this role, you should have a broad understanding of the RSA Archer platform capabilities, strengths and weaknesses in order to find opportunities for improvement. You are expected to provide strategic guidance as to how business requirements from different regions can be implemented.

You will oversee all communication, awareness and training activities related to the project and establish working relationships with key business stakeholders and project team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Define the Global Security and Enterprise vision to manage the governance elements that will be adopted into the RSA Archer solution, and how those various solutions and solution components are integrated and maintained.
•Ensure the long-term success of the Archer platform through strategic goals and vision that align to CGI and Global Security objectives
•Foster the decision-making process for all governance components implemented in the platform and to ensure that the platform is aligned with CGI and Global Security expectations
•Enable and champion the overall direction of the SIRM project and the RSA Archer platform, and oversee program communications, awareness and training.
•Ensure that implementations are well-planned, that individual implementations are consistent with and support the broader Global Security and CGI business objectives, and that long-term support is considered into the design for each solution.
•Bring a strategic perspective, and have a broad understanding of the Archer platform and its data constructs.
•Understand strengths and weaknesses of the Archer platform to identify appropriate, strategic opportunities for automation.
•Ensure the creation of thorough solution documentation to facilitate personnel changes and the ongoing maintenance of the solution.
•Work closely with the SSIRM project manager and team, and provide oversight to the ongoing project level efforts.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•Bachelor degree in Information Security, IT or related


•Previous experience in leading an enterprise implementation of RSA Archer
•Excellent understanding of business goals and objectives

•Able to foster working relationships with the team and different stakeholders in the regions.
•Knowledge of information security policy/standard/controls and alignment with external industry standards
•Able to define strategy and communicate with Senior Executives
•Able to manage large cross organizational initiatives
•Able to interface with both business level and technical stakeholders
•Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
•Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
•Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English
•Logical and efficient, with keen attention to details
•Highly self-motivated and directed
•Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
•Strong customer service orientation
•Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
