We are looking for L3 Operational Support to join our amazing team.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
•Contributes to Workplace products integration within AXA entities in the scope
•Ensure best in class L3 support for deployed Windows workstations
•Provides technical expertise to windows masters upgrade and support
•Contributes to security audit remediations to reach the minimum security baseline
•Ensure level 3 support for all workstation types (Windows desktops, laptops, VDi)
•Provides expertise to GPO management and definition
•Ease continuous improvement by setting up powershell automations when relevant Use of professional French speaking is mandatory
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Windows 10 expertise senior level
•Powershell scripting senior level
•GPO senior level
•SCCM intermediate level
•Technical English speaking
