As a junior systems engineer you will be involved in working in the London Wealth Management sector to assist in the management and administration of their testing environment. We would want you to not only care for these important systems but also to provide design and thought leadership leveraging their creativity. You will deliver quality that you can be proud of supported by CGI’s strong delivery record of accomplishment.

Required Skills:

A passion for application support
Middleware exposure – IBM MQ/WebSphere/Tivolli
Scheduling software exposure –Tidal Automation, Automic Automation (UC4)
Database experience with running simple queries in SQL/Oracle
Scripting experience for automation- Python, Perl, Powershell, Bash.
Application Support – Root Cause Analysis and Error Log Reviews
Comfortable working in Wintel/Unix environments – Start/Stop applications
VM Environment Controls – stopping/restarting
Queue management – Service Now/Emails
