Position Description:

Knowledge Required
Member should have experience in Opentext xPression 4.6/4.7
Background in Design and Development of forms in xDesign
Experience in xRevise and xAdmin configuration
Working knowledge on XML / XSD / SQL
Experience in Development and Production Support work
Experience in handling tickets and POC work
Experience in other CCM tool will be added advantage.
Experience in Agile project will be a plus
Skills to understand the business process and its impact while analysing the technical aspects in xPression
Good knowledge on xPression components, their usage and overall architecture. Monitoring servers and update status.
Working knowledge in production support and ability to work under pressure.
Work experience in Incident management, Service Requests and ticketing.
Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables.
P&C Insurance business knowledge is an added advantage.
Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the assessment of business requirements; collection, identification and approval of technical specifications; and the subsequent development of technology solutions that require development to be viable.
Proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements
Strong problem solving capability.
Participate in Product releases through release document review, deployment etc.
Should be able to execute assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Develop strong expertise in the entire module within the product.
Must be able to grasp business issues and technical problems, and come up with smart, logical solutions.
