We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Director to join our Credit Solutions Team. This role would be responsible for handling existing clients and developing new business for our state-of-the-art SaaS business solutions for Credit, Originations, Collections, Recovery, Business Intelligence and Self-Service capabilities.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Stakeholder relationship development and management.
• Lead the coordination and capture management for key SaaS deals.
• Solution Strategy – as it relates to a given pursuit, lead strategy for CGI IP and selected partners when necessary
• Collaborate with other CGI teams and members to successfully develop and grow executive level client and account relationships.
• Partner with IP development and solutions teams to break client needs down into deliverable components, and to assess and qualify their applicability.
• Communicate effectively with Program team members at all levels, and cultivate an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and recognition for actions which promote positive business outcomes.
• Build communities and interact with CGI regions to foster positive and profitable business together.
• Maintain knowledge regarding industry issues and develop sources of competitive intelligence.
• Establish peer-level (trusted) relationships with clients for future opportunities, and to be proactive in presenting innovative solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain sales activity and opportunity.
• Up to 50% travel
• Base plus incentive compensation plan

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Eight plus years’ experience selling SaaS based solutions in the commercial sector.
• Recognized leader is SaaS and SaaS sales.
• Successful track record developing and managing relationships that drive significant bookings.
• Strong network within the financial services, telecommunications and/or utilities industries as it relates to credit, originations and collections functions.
• Familiarity with systems integration, managed services, and the IT consulting environment
• Demonstrated experience selling solutions in excess of $5M.
• Regarded by customer executives as trusted advisor and partner.
• Superior interpersonal skills; ability to communicate in a professional and consultative manner with decision-makers spanning all levels of a customer’s organization .
• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at the highest levels of our customer’s organizations while creating meaningful and strategic dialogue.
• Effective verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Willingness to drive all phases of the sales cycle; from lead generation and qualification through closing the sale; also maintains relationships through the delivery process

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $107k-$174k*
