Position Description:

CGI is seeking an Financial Business Analyst/ Performance Budget (Advantage ERP) who will be a mid-level technical/business analyst that enjoys leveraging their analytical and enterprise resource planning (ERP) knowledge as a consultant assisting our government clients to not only successfully implement ERP solutions but to help them gain the most benefit from their ERP investment.

You would be a great individual contributor but relish working as a team player in a highly collaborative, modern agile implementation environment.

You will leverage their government accounting experience but is unafraid to learn new tools and solutions to hone their craft and improve how they can make our clients successful.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Strong analytical thinking with great client-facing oral and written communication skills that will be applied to help understand, document, assess, recommend, and implement approaches to help our state and local government and education clients successfully implement new, modern financial and procurement systems to improve their business processes.

Opportunity to leverage existing and expand upon subject matter expertise in governmental accounting and budgeting. Potential multiple growth paths including senior subject matter expert/consultant and future team lead/project management opportunities.

Must have in-depth knowledge and practical hands on experience.

You should have at least 3 years of experience as an ERP Project Analyst.

You will be responsible for the following:
• Participating as a ADV PB lead on an Agile team to configure the solution, support implementation and test the output of Agile planning
• Supplementing and working at the direction of the Performance Budget / Test lead to drive test efforts forward.
• Prepare for and run test defect review meetings, through managing incident and test management process.
• Participate in department outreach to answer Advantage questions as departments finalize their configuration designs.
Required Skills:
• Functional knowledge of Advantage PB features and functions
• Organized with attention to detail and follow through
• Some knowledge / experience on testing Advantage
• Able to develop and maintain Excel dashboards
• Good client interaction skills, able to comfortable interact with client staff independently

Nonessential Skills Desired:
• Public Sector Government experience

• Support on site in Olympia WA

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Implementation experience with ERP systems, specifically with CGI Advantage Financial and Procurement.

Implementation knowledge of CGI Advantage Financial includes configuration, setup (e.g., chart of accounts and budget structures) to help government clients get the most out of their ERP for financial reporting and other general accounting functions (e.g., accounts payable/disbursements, cashflow).

Understanding of IT technologies as enablers for helping our clients leverage those technologies to improve their decision making (e.g., data analytics) and their business processes (e.g., using ERP and other solutions to improve productivity and efficiency).

Skill Set/Years of Experience:

CGI Advantage Performance Budget Software - 2 years of experience
Implementation experience -- 2+ projects

Business Analyst - 2 years of experience
Implementation experience -- 2+ projects

Government Accounting and Budget - 2 years of experience
Implementation experience --- 2+ projects

Strong Written and oral communication -- 2 years of experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Experience in working with Advantage and or Open Grid is preferred.

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $76K-$120K*
