Position Description:

CGI Federal is currently seeking a Management Analyst IV, Project Manager, to support the CIVIL Division of the Department of Justice in Washington DC. The selected candidate will primarily assist the client’s senior management with coordinating a time sensitive consolidation effort. In addition the selected candidate will assist with monitoring SLA’s and help the client identify efficiency improvements in operational units. The PMP certification is highly preferred for this position, however, if you currently meet the qualifications to sit for the PMP exam CGI offers our members both an online course and an in person 1 week boot camp to prepare for the exam. We will cover the exam fees upon successful completion and certification.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Developing, monitoring and controlling project schedules in relation to the client’s consolidation efforts including hardware and office relocations;
• Performing closeout tasks after consolidation efforts are complete;
• Communicating both formally and informally the project’s progress with stakeholders at various levels;
• Assist the client with monitoring the quality of vendor deliverables ensuring that they are within the agreed upon SLA;
• Provide suggestions and tips for process improvements within functional areas to improve operational efficiencies.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

PMP Required
Must be able to obtain DOJ MRPT clearance
Must be able to pass CGI Federal Background Investigation
