Position Description:

"General IT Applications Development includes analysis, programming, and configuration of end user applications and/or systems software including: •Analyzing detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application •Coding internally developed applications and/or configuring commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using programming, scripting, and database languages •Supporting application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements

Level: A Team Leader (M2) supervises professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level) and may also supervise some para-professional employees. Responsibilities typically include: Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results. Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex. Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Member Should have good knowledge on Sales Cloud including CPQ and Advanced Approvals, Service cloud including Field Service Lightning, and Pardot B2B Marketing,
He should Support Salesforce related Integration and co-ordinate with Salesforce and 3rd Party Apps providers
Hands on experience in Javascript and CSS
Service cloud including Field Service Lightning,Support Salesforce related Integration and co-ordinate with Salesforce and 3rd Party Apps providers
Work with Salesforce on how to test, manage and deploy future salesforce template releases
Problem Management and Change Management
Updating Technical documentation and knowledge repository
Work with Customer IT team on issues and changes
Communication to Customer IT team on status and progress of cases
Manage availability of application on various environments Test, Mirror, Development and Production
Maintain the existing code repository
Manage CIP enhancements to the system with effort not more than 20-person hours
Must have supported minimum 2 end-to-end Salesforce implementations

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must have hands-on experience on Salesforce configuration, Customization - Apex Class, - Batch Jobs, - Visual force Pages, - Apex Conrollers, - Apex Test Classes , Data update jobs using Dataloader and managing unmanaged package applications, Web-To-Case, Chat-To-Case
Must have Salesforce Administration skills like managing Profiles, Users, Security, Sandboxes and good at Salesforce migration process using Changeset and ANT Tool
Must have hands-on experience in integration with external applications using REST API or Soap API
Hands-on experience in JavaScript, JQuery, and CSS
Must have Salesforce Administration skills like managing Profiles, Users, Security, Sandboxes and good at Salesforce migration process using Changeset and ANT Tool
Must have hands-on experience on Salesforce Lightning Experience
Should have Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications
Agile/scrum exposure is desirable
Should have excellent communication skills, problem solving, prioritizing tasks and multi-tasking abilities

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Creative thinking, ability to see things in broad context
Open, Proactive and Result oriented
- Willing to work in shifts
