Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Personal ownership of the UK SBU Strategic Alliance with the agreed Partners.
• Definition and execution of Go to Market (GTM) programs in collaboration with the Partners.
• Working with all Partner BU leads (Alliance Executive Sponsors) to create and execute an Alliance Partner business plan for the Partners, including target clients, joint propositions, member development/certification and marketing, to increase CGI pipeline, revenue and overall market adoption of the Partners’ aligned solutions
• Working closely with the Partners Global Alliance Manager(s) to align with the strategic goals and the overall direction of the alliance
• Ensuring smooth working relationships between CGI and the Partners, managing the relationships at senior level and developing the CGI/Alliance Partner business relationships across the organisation – to include monitoring and management of Alliance Partner event attendance and joint CSR opportunities and a manageable level of support from across the organisations
• Identifying regional joint marketing opportunities around our strategic offerings and Partner technologies, services and solutions
• Showcasing Partner solutions and value propositions internally within CGI and CGI expertise, IP and value within the Partner organisation(s)
• Managing monthly pipeline, opportunity and business reviews with CGI and the Partner stakeholders in line with the agreed governance
• Supporting the organisation to accelerate Partner capability upskilling and certification, providing guidance to hire required expertise as needed
• Supporting Partner related deal activity within the organisation and working closely with the Partners customer base to best position CGI solutions and services
• Liaising with the IP Lead, both directly and in support of the Partners, on development of joint IP offerings between CGI and the Partners

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Demonstrated business development experience, preferably in IT services environment
• Experience establishing and managing alliance programs that produce revenue
• Excellent networking skills and the ability to build strong and appropriate relationships with senior stakeholders
• Excellent knowledge of digital services concepts and our markets, with the ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
• Experience of working independently and with cross-functional sales, marketing, and product management teams to achieve alliance objectives
• Experience leveraging contacts to build mutually beneficial partnerships to drive revenue
