The Credit Solutions Team is looking for a Loan Originations Program Lead. This director level position will provide strategic direction and guidance on a broad and diverse range of complex operational activities / analysis and/or specialized project support or services within Retail Bank Operations related to the lending channels.

The Program Lead will play a pivotal role in driving innovation in CGI’s originations credit platform.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Manage the origination product strategy, development and implementation as proposed in the product roadmap for CGI’s originations product as part of an integrated product solution in the Credit Solutions Team
• Stay current with trends in the originations market and utilizing that experience and knowledge to support the originations product continual advancement and be future forward in our product strategy
• Collaborate with internal program managers responsible for product and technology who will support the origination product strategy, development and implementation of the origination product
• Support the development of thought leadership, program documents and marketing materials for the presentation of the origination’s solution to external clients
• Management of the origination’s product roadmap in order to continually enhance and distinguish product placement in an aggressively competitive arena
• Key contributor in the development and presentation of the credit team’s originations product strategy to the executive leadership team in the pursuit of obtaining internal investment for future product development
• Prioritize program backlogs for the origination’s product and work with product development, solutions engineering, and sales to review the backlogs and work with the Product Management Lead to prioritize the backlog based on maximizing product success against the established strategy and vision
• Champion the originations product, working across a global team organization to develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners to educate and drive product acceptance across the CGI and client organizations
• Travel up to 25%

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelo'rs Degree preferred
• Seven plus years in managing loan originations operations, or other relevant experience in the banking and finance in support of loan originations operations in Retail or Mortgage Lending
• Subject matter expert in loan operations
• Proven people management experience
• Experience working with business and technology executives from different disciplines
• Demonstrated lifelong dedication to learning - new technologies, applications, and business areas
• Experience working with a global team
• Sound analytical and diagnostic skills to deal with complex issues
• Ability to recognize issues requiring escalation
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform work in tight scheduled time frames
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic thinking
• SAFe and Agile experience, a plus

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $120k-$170k*
