Position Description:

CGI is part of a team to deliver Content Services solutions using Agile DevSecOps teams at US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). We have built, maintained and enhanced multiple solutions over the years for USCIS we have deployed to AWS. Our experienced teams are repeatedly called upon to address the latest challenges using new technology.

To support our growth, our team needs an experienced Alfresco Engineer. We are continuing to move our tech stack forward to stay on the latest version of Alfresco and to leverage a containerized architecture across multiple repositories. The team is delivering the future of Enterprise Content Management today and needs to be able to expand records management and API capabilities to support new requirements. We also need someone who can dig into the underlying data to fully understand how end-users are using the system in order to adjust our implementation.

This role can be 100% remote.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Create, update and maintain custom content models and supporting system APIs.
• Participate in the planning and execution of system updates and upgrades.
• Implement records management capabilities within Alfresco in a manner that is transparent to the business.
• Perform data analysis within the Alfresco database to identified data anomalies to be addressed.
• Analyze system logs to perform root-cause analysis of performance or infrastructure issues.
• Attend daily stand-ups, backlog grooming and other Agile ceremonies.
• Work with teams to effectively design, build and deliver cloud-based solutions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
• 5+ years of experience in the Information Technology field focusing on development projects using DevSecOps, DevOps and AWS.
• 3+ years of Alfresco development, including at least 1 year in version 6.x or higher.
• 3+ years of Java development.
• Experience deploying applications to AWS.
• Database design and development experience.
• Expertise in SQL.
• Experience developing in JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:
• Experience working with USCIS Architecture, Engineering and other organizations.
• Experience designing and developing information or content models.
• Experience with Linux.
• Experience with Docker.
• Experience with Amazon ECS or EKS.
• Alfresco Certification.

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $86,300 - $112,200*
