Position Description:

The project manager is primarily responsible for managing a wide range of projects across multiple teams and geography. The project manager is responsible for the end to end delivery each project including: scope, budget, resources, processes, technology and overall quality. The project manager acts as a proactive change agent, constantly improving implementation methodology, while offering subject matter expertise to project team members.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with HR as well as other internal stakeholders
•Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
•Identify optimal delivery methodology adapted to the specific requirement of the project
•Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, status and key KPIs,
•Identify, plan, coordinate and assign project activities, resource availability and allocation.
•Perform risk management to minimize project risks; identify cross project impacts
•Communicate project status to steering, PMO and any other project governance bodies
•Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
•Assess overall business readiness and manage the handoff to the operation and technical teams.
•Identify communication and training requirements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•Bachelor degree or equivalent, PMP designation would be an asset,
•Minimum of 5+ years of applicable experience preferably within HR and/or Project Management function.
•Excellent communication skills in English and ideally in French (written and verbal)
•Strong financial acumen, experience developing and tracking budgets
•Sound leadership & coaching abilities
•Continuous improvement mindset
•High levels of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Project management tools, SharePoint.
