Position Description:

CGI is seeking to a highly motivated to join our dynamic Media Solutions team that serves the entire value chain of news production. This is an exciting opportunity to work with CGI’s Media practice, to help innovate, modernize and deliver sustainable solutions for large media houses, radio stations and TV broadcasters!

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Main point of contact for pre-sales activities as product enthusiast and demonstrator.

First point of contact for the team & customers/prospects for questions regarding architecture and CGI's Media Solutions.

Support sales in responding to RFP/RFIs.

Analysis of customer requirements for systems and products.

Drive product demos, solution architecture/integration architecture discussions and proof of concepts with clients.

Observation of technical trends and new solutions, integrating findings into building the customer value proposition.

Build and maintain Client/region specific demo systems & documentation.

Create and maintain relevant documentation – customer specifications, architecture, training, etc.

Help drive towards cloud-enabled architecture/solutions for clients.

Development guidance of the Agile Tool Chain.

Contribute to the development and update of product related sales documentation.

Lead Media Solutions implementations.

Assist product owner(s) in translating requirements into epics and user stories.

Participation in meetings and documentation of work results within the defined processes.

Monitor compliance with product architecture specifications throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Deliver training, assistance and support to client team members.

Communication and synchronization with all partners, client facing teams and product centers.

Participate in industry conferences and trade shows.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

5+ years in the Media Industry

3+ years supporting pre-sales and proposals (technology-focus) for Media clients

3+ years implementation and/or support experience with COTS solutions in Media industry.

Good knowledge of Media industry trends, solutions and IT landscapes.

Excellent business presentation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent inter-personnel skills with ability to collaborate with partners at all levels including Senior Leaders.

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Nice to have:

Media experience in TV and Radio systems a plus but not a must.

Knowledge of other New Room Solutions is a plus but not a must.

Certifications in an architecture discipline (TOGAF or Cloud) is desirable.
