Position Description:

3-5 years of Experience in Project Finance role, with excellent communication skills (written/ spoken) and experience
Track, prepare renewal contracts for Annual Maintenance contracts- keep track of all new CR's, applicable AMC , effective dates etc. Clients would require all the requisite information, along with PO numbers, go-live dates, warranty period and effective AMC cycle for each of the change requests .
Prepare contracts liasing Clients and with internal teams which includes Legal, Finance, Commercial, Delivery teams; subsequently complete contract execution by way of Franking/ Stamp duty and liasing with internal team to have the contract signed. Maintain a repository of all contracts in Ensemble
Complete responsibility of Invoicing, submission to clients in client specific formats/ requirements, follow-up with clinets to ensure Credit period is not exceeded and AR collection, reconciliation with Finance/ updation in PSA. Dispute resolution incase of any discrepancy with clients
Revenue recognition: work with business team and delivery team in revenue recognition month-on-month and also work with Business team to forecast revenue for a 6 month cycle. Work with Finance team to ensure revenue recognition, provide relevant documentary evidences
Provide relevant information and documentary evidences during audits (internal/ external)
Good knowledge in Financial accounting and Project financials
Should have the skill to develop a good working relationships with Client SPOC's
Adhoc client requirements: Work with internal teams to provide adhoc information sought by clients as part of their compliance requirements.
