We are seeking a Service Transformation Consultant with demonstrated ability in large enterprise environments. Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Coach, mentor, train, or assess capability and capacity in individuals, teams, and organizations
•Facilitate strategic conversations, workshops, or co-design sessions
•Analyze both quantitative and qualitative methods, data, and insights to focus on shared value
•Review and implement continuous improvement processes
•Establish and supervise standards to ensure delivery of robust and resilient services

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•5 years of progressive experience as a Service Transformation professional
•Solid understanding using digital delivery methodologies such as service design, Agile Software Development, DevOps, Digital Enablement and/or Organizational Change
•Experience with the various elements and practices of digital delivery through multi-functional collaborative work
•Experience of designing and implementing policy/procedural change
•Ability to facilitating strategic conversations, workshops, or co-design sessions
•Experience in aligning the full stack of digital innovation from user and business needs, to product and service capabilities and to organizational change
•Experience in customer-focused service provision and on influencing organizational change within a sophisticated environment
•Solid understanding with complex systems and their implications for digital innovation through working with the Cynefin framework or similar models
•Proven track record of management and leadership of teams/across teams
•Good interpersonal, operational planning, management and business skills
•Familiarity with government systems and/or Professional Services delivery
•Good communication skills, both oral and written
