Position Description:

This position requires a strong Microsoft 365/Azure(.Net) lead with 10+ years of experience for a new banking initiative.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1. Responsible to Lead and drive with the team with the client
2. Responsible for sound and high quality technical deliverables.
3. Drive the direction and roadmap for the microservices architecture.
4. Provide innovative solutions to complex situations and drive outcomes.
5. Provide technical guidance and architectural assistance Microsoft 365, Azure and SharePoint
6. Help the other members of the team with technical queries and guide and mentor them to develop top quality code.
7. Work in an Agile environment and adapt to the changing needs and requirements of the business.
8. Always be ready to be hands-on to develop or fix issues to deliver on time and with highest quality.
9. Work closely with leadership and the whole Tech team
10. Work to guide team members to create test plans, and ensure the issues are properly identified, fixed and tested.
11. Develop all code incorporating the best practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

1. 10+ years experience developing and managing .Net Framework Apps and API.
2. 4+ years experience working on Microsoft 365, developing Microsoft 365 apps by leveraging Microsoft Power Platform.
3. 2+ years experience working on Microsoft Azure and developing and deploying custom apps and APIs on serverless architecture.
4. 5+ years experience developing and managing SharePoint custom solutions and Add-ins.
5. 2+ years of experience developing .Net Core Apps and API.
6. 5+ years of experience on front end development using Angular or React.
7. Experience on administrating and managing SharePoint on-prem farm will be a huge value add.
8. Excellent working knowledge of IIS Web server, Azure app services (Serverless architecture) will be a huge value add.
9. Experience integrating .NET based applications with SQL and No-SQL backend.
10. Demonstrate strong design and programming skills using PowerShell, JSON, Web Services, XML, T-SQL and Windows environments.
11. Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams and in an Agile environment.
