Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as business stakeholders and analytics teams
•Enhance existing data assets including databases, scripts, and reports
•Monitor existing product jobs and data and respond to issues in a timely manner
•Ongoing production support of the assigned data and data workflow
•Production deployment and testing of data and analytics
•Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports to stakeholders
•Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
•Quickly learn new skills and adapt to changing technology stack

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•Customer-focused, customer-facing support mindset with excellent written and verbal communication
•Propensity toward action and ability to coordinate tasks with other team members
•Database administration and SQL development skills, bonus points for cloud-based such as Snowflake
•Familiarity with script languages (Python, R)
•Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS)
•Experience with ETL (e.g. Informatica, Snowpipe)
•Experience in using standard ticketing systems (e.g. Remedy, JIRA)
•Work well within a team environment
•Ability to prioritize workload
•Attention to detail

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
•Hands on experience building end-to-end data and analytics solutions in each of the following areas: data modeling, data warehousing, ETL, reporting, and analytics
•Experience building and designing reporting and transactional models in various database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, AWS RDS, RedShift, PostgresSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake
•Software development experience in languages such as Java and .NET
•Ability to lead a team of 3 or more
