CGI Federal has an opportunity for a Cyber Infrastructure Team Lead supporting a large cyber security program. You will be responsible for leading teams, including leading teams of network, cyber or IT Security Engineers. You will be responsible for supporting activities in coordination with the Government, including continuous security monitoring, vulnerability assessment support and security test and evaluation support. Additionally, you will support the design, integration and operation of cyber security systems for the protection of networks, systems and infrastructure. Other areas of responsibility may include operating, monitoring, maintaining and optimizing existing monitoring, intrusion detection and vulnerability detection/remediation systems. You will support the program and provide continuous monitoring of systems. You will also support technical and forensic investigations that provide support to the incident response process. You will prepare architectural diagrams, technical reports and/or whitepapers in support of evolving architecture requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to identify technology changes that are achievable and practical supporting the government’s need to become more efficient by reducing redundancy and reducing manual processes
• Ability to value stream map capabilities of existing and future technologies with direct mission need and against evolving roadmaps
• Evaluate, categorize and prioritize modernization initiatives
• Evaluate existing portfolios and establish roadmaps initiatives
• Provide expertise to ensure innovative ideas and emerging technologies are aligned with customer needs
• Collaborate with end-user-facing teams to define technology migration strategies and approaches
• Perform architecture reviews as required, ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state initiatives
• Create whitepapers, proposals and briefings demonstrating technical thought leadership in response to customer needs
• Oversee the development and integration across multiple workstreams from initial research to requirements, implementation, and sustainment
• Assist in the planning of large-scale systems projects through vendor comparison and cost studies

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required
• A minimum of (20) twenty years of relevant experience
• Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems or relevant discipline
• Expert knowledge in the following technical areas: cyber security, Agile/DevSecOps software development methodology, network operations or network architecture
• Team leadership experience supporting teams across various geographical locations, remote work and on site with 24x7x365 teams
• Experience with cyber security technology standards, policies and procedures
• Strong domain knowledge and expertise in one or more technical areas within the work requirements (cloud design and implementation, cyber security, Agile/DevSecOps software development methodology, network engineering)
• Thorough knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, networks and applications
• Active Top Secret clearance required

Desired qualifications:
• Knowledge of or prior experience with the DHS environment
• Experience with integrating solutions in a multi-vendor environment
• Multiple industry certifications relevant to job duties
• SAFe Agile
• ITIL v4
• Must possess at least one of the following cyber security certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CCNA, GIAC, SSCP, Security+ (or equivalent as approved by the Government)
