CGI is seeking an OCM Analyst to join our team!
This is a dynamic role working on a small OCM team for an international client that is a household name.
You will work closely with the OCM Lead and be involved in the full aspects of change, including learning about and working with cultural change and organizational behavior.
While the client’s head office is in San Diego, this position can be remote.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
You will support the OCM Lead in change management activities, including conducting stakeholder analysis, organizational readiness and communications for the client.
Duties will also including putting together presentations, implementing surveys and analyzing surveys.
You will also write OCM plans, reports, newsletters, etc., as well as, represent OCM team in client meetings and be able to interact with different levels in the client organization comfortably.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Minimum three years of experience in organizational change management activities; knowledge of Prosci (Prosci certification is an asset); ability to work in a fast environment; strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written) skills; critical thinking skills and organizational skills
Skill Set/Years of experience:
Written communication for diverse audiences - 5 years
Presentation and oral communication to senior leaders - 5 years
Organizational skills - 5 years
Client management/interpersonal skills - 5 years

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $59K-$115K*
