Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst IV to support the Civil division in DC.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

● Manage Civil Division Government Travel Card Program - travel bookings and authorizations.
● Manage and supervise invoice processing, purchase orders, expense reports, credit memos, and payment transactions.
● Provide assistance to top level attorneys and upper level government management.
● Reconcile discrepancies between accounts receivable general ledger and accounts receivables balance account.
● Ensure compliance with Private Counsel payment guidelines.
● Receive, review, and process client invoices for accuracy and completeness to pay..
● Resolve vendor issues related to slow pay or non-payment of invoices through proactive communication.
● Review and establish vendor ACH banking forms.
● Establish/create file numbers for new vendor obligations.
● Supports Private Counsel Supervising Attorney by maintaining and updating data in the UFMS system.
● Process quarterly and year-end close out accruals.
● Address complaints and concerns in accordance with company policies and government regulations on travel.
● Ensure funds are available for Private Counsel obligation accruals, and adjust accruals monthly and/or quarterly.
● Prepare vouchers, invoices, account statements, reports, and other documents in accordance with enacted processes and guidelines.
● Compute and record charges, refunds, and adjustments.
● Ensure proper review of accounts for appropriate supervision of transactions, and for suitable placement to designated areas.
● Handle all client issues and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
● Provide high customer satisfaction and retention levels through relationship building, professional and courteous communication.
● Create and process JIV, JIP, JIC, JMC, JDP, JIQ, JIO documents in UFMS.
● Reconcile bank statements for government Travel and Purchase cards.
● Process approved travel related paperwork, secure agency funds for employee and invitational travel.
● Generate reports and manage travel card accounts for purchases and delinquencies.
● Secure arrangement for government invitational related travel when needed.
● Maintain reports for approved travel requests and travel card expenditures.
● Accept and review applications for government travel cards.
● Verify funds availability, processing and posting transactions, and making payments to travelers, vendors, grantees, and/or other Federal agencies.
● Arrange instructional GSA travel card training for all Civil Division government employees.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Candidates must be able to obtain a DOJ MRPT clearance and meet all security requirements.
