We are looking for a talented individual with a keen eye to details and willingness to expand their skills to join our application development team. You will lead a team of business analysts/testers and work closely with other development team members. This position would suit a dynamic, innovative and enthusiastic leader with a proven track record not only in delivering quality documentations and applications, but also in providing excellent customer service. We work in a very collaborative environment where excellent communication skills are needed

Vaše budúce úlohy a zodpovednosti:

• Lead meetings with the client business owners to elicit, analyze and document details business requirements.
• Map current processes to the desired state and identify gaps such as program functions, system requirements, data conversion strategies.
• Develop, business process flows, data models and system design specifications and recommendations related to proposed solutions
• Act as liaison between the functional and technical teams.
• Create and maintain functional deliverables including epics, user stories, system requirement document, business process diagrams, design specifications and user guide.
• Manage development of test cases/scripts, execute smoke, system, load and browser testing and support user acceptance testing and document results
• Provide continual improvement process recommendations and implementation related to the customer experience.
• Assist with implementation of new functionality, configurations, and enhancements as needed
• Work with various teams to design, develop and maintain a web-based database system.
• Troubleshoot issues, whether related to core functionality or those originating from customization, extensions, or interfaces.
• Assist in risk management activities including Identifying, mitigating and escalating risks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Drive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity.
• Assist in risk management activities including Identifying, mitigating and escalating risks
• Develop and update project schedules on a weekly basis.
• Stay current with emerging themes in larger Medicare policy and provider community.

Požadované skúsenosti:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in application System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated leader managing diverse team of business analysts and testers, while working closely with developers.
• Experience managing client delivery and to client expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing and explaining technical and project related information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff.
• Possess excellent client interaction skills in support of formal requirements gathering sessions (e.g., JAD sessions), as well as informal requirements sessions (e.g., one-on-one meetings, troubleshooting) in an Agile environment
• Must have strong problem solving skills including analytical, logical, investigative and methodical.
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience working with various groups and individuals, including client representatives, to gather requirements, identify, test and implement solutions efficiently.
• Hands-on experience with database query and back-end testing
• Strong time management, communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Quick learner with experience working in fact-paced environments
• Proven ability to balance concurrent activities
• Strong documentation skills

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
List items desired for the Candidate, but not required.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Test automation is a plus (Katalon)
• Health Care and Risk Adjustment business process experience
