Your future duties and responsibilities:

On a typical day you will :

-Ensure the management and integrity of manual transactions related to payroll deposits or cheques while minimizing financial losses;
- Make various adjustments while considering the prescribed deadlines;
- Reconcile and balance production reports;
- Maintain a follow-up with our partners and internal clients according to the established service levels;
- Participate in monthly account analyses;
- Participate in monthly account analyses; Manage the reconciliation of outstanding cheques and daily deposits;
- Ensure control of the automated processing of transactions by balancing entries;
- Act as the main intermediary with our financial institution for all research requests and ensure follow-ups according to established service levels;
- Participate in other related administrative tasks.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Demonstrates good management of priorities in the organization of his/her work
- Demonstrates rigor and precision in his/her work
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to use computer tools
- DEP in administration/accounting or a high school diploma plus one year of relevant work experience
- Experience in banking transactions or knowledge of the Canadian Payments Association (Payment Canada) rules (an asset)
- Knowledge of payroll (an asset)
