The role will require travel across Scotland and other areas as required to meet with clients and others.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

You’ll join our Scotland business unit focussed on growing and leading the development of our business primarily focussed on the Scottish Government. You’ll be accountable and responsible for business development and sales activity with the Scottish Government, leveraging CGI’s business propositions and capability to drive new logo business wins. You’ll help set the go to market strategy for the vertical helping to shape our offering and drive new business. This is a great opportunity to leverage your knowledge of these sectors to drive and deliver new business into CGI. You’ll have access to the full support structures you might need to enable to you be successful in the role.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

You’ll need to demonstrate a successful track record of business development and sales across all departments of the Scottish Government. You’ll need to be capable of delivering all levels of work wins from tens of thousands up to multi-million programmes. We’re also looking for credible leader who understands the trends and key drivers across all Scottish Government departments, and can position CGI as the consultant of choice to deliver services to these departments. It goes without saying that you will be across all the relevant business development and sales tools and techniques and able to build trust and credibility with all levels of stakeholders up to C-Suite.
