Position Description:

Exchange Administrator:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in remote infrastructure management
• 6+ years working experience supporting Exchange 2010, 2013 and O365
• Should possess strong experience in troubleshooting Exchange server and DAG/DAC issues
• Knowledge on AD/DNS/ADFS, Power shell scripting & Mail archiving solution
• Should possess experience on Exchange restoration and Upgradation
• Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-2 team
• Analyze Change Request; review change requests with the client & stake holders; validate the information and execute - High complexity; Critical & Emergency Changes
• Participate in Problem Management review meetings and provide root cause analysis
• Ability to handle and drive Incident Review bridges by identifying potential Problems; recommend solutions to be implemented
• Responsible for SLA compliance & Availability of Services
• Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholders Good knowledge on ITIL process
• Technical Certification a must on MS Exchange
• Possess ITIL certification
• On call schedule and week end change schedule participation
• Flexible to work on 24/7 rotational shifts

• Should have L3+ level knowledge on Exchange on premises and O365, MDM solutions, DAG, Email Gateway and Mail flow.
• Should have very good experience/knowledge on exchange migrations
• Should have Intune expertise.
• Should have very good knowledge on Ms teams, Skype and SharePoint.
• Should have very good knowledge on DAG configurations, managing exchange databases.
• Active Directory, Certificate Management, Federation, Azure, DNS and DHC.
• Should have strong knowledge on DNS and DHC.
• Should have working knowledge on Azure Active Directory, Federation services.
• Knowledge on AD/DNS/ADFS, Power shell scripting
• Should possess experience on restoring AD objects, replication of AD sites and Services
• Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-2 team
