Your future duties and responsibilities:

Reporting to product management, the market analyst will have as main responsibility to inform and support the vision and business decisions of CGI's Payroll Service Center (CSP) based on customer knowledge and of the market. He will work in collaboration with professionals in monitoring, product and business strategy and will have to make presentations to various internal and external stakeholders

CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE AND MARKET ANALYSIS:
- Implement and improve the CSP's customer knowledge strategy including their profile (customer journey and segmentation), their satisfaction and feedback with respect to their experience, product, price, and services;
- Participate in market analyzes with regard to monitoring and presentations of market trends in payroll and human capital management;
- Develop recommendations based on the information analyzed in relation to the market, competition and customer profile;
- Pilot the bidding process and projects with external firms to carry out surveys and market studies;
- Coordinate and optimize survey activities on an ongoing basis in collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners;
- Analyze the data resulting from the survey activities, both qualitative and quantitative, and ensure the dissemination of findings;
- Produce presentations and other relevant documents resulting from these analyzes;
- Define the optimal means of communication of the results for these analyzes according to the parties concerned;
- Manage the budget including purchase orders (PO).

COMPETITIVE WATCH:
- Participate in the implementation of the overall competitive intelligence strategy including the identification of strategic intelligence themes, collection tools, sources of information and deliverables;
Produce benchmarking, presentation documents, and competitor profiles

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field combined with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business strategy, market analysis / marketing;
- Knowledge of payroll, human resources and time management would be an asset;
- Knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- Practical experience with MS PowerBI and MS Dynamics;
- Strong intellectual curiosity, marked aptitudes for analysis and synthesis of information;
- Interpersonal skills and proven spirit of collaboration;
- Excellent executive communication skills, both oral and written, in both French and English;
- Master's degree in a related field is an asset;
- Strong business acumen.
