We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Cyber Security team as an Authentication & Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analyst

The Authentication & Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analyst is an IT Cyber Security professional responsible for client’s customer services, in accordance with contract requirements. There is a focus on quality of service, client and end user satisfaction. The successful candidate for this position enjoys working in a dynamic fast-paced collaborative team environment.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Responsibilities are mostly related to (but not limited to), Two-Factor Authentication & CyberArk password vault.
•Assist in administrating the team’s centralized Outlook mailbox & ticketing queues
•Manage accounts in various authentication consoles
•Administration and distribution of tokens (hardware and software) for MSS clients
•Answer client inquiries
•Complete incident and service requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
•Integrate new accounts in existing safes for the password vaults
•Produce different types of reports, including SOX and audit reports
•Create and update various documents including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
•Must be available to work on rotation to cover various shifts between the hours of 06:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday
•The candidate will also rotate through an on-call schedule for after-hours support for evenings, overnights and weekends.

•Must be fluent, orally and written, in both official languages (French and English)
•Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation in English.
•Previous experience in IT (Information Technology) and an interest in IT Security would be an asset.
•Post-secondary educational program in IT Security or Computer related field from a recognized community college or university would be considered an asset
•Experience with ticketing tools, including Remedy would be considered an asset
•Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and ability to multitask
•Ability to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance of Level 1 (Enhanced Reliability Clearance - ERC)
•The position is located at our Gatineau office
