Position Description:

At CGI, we pride ourselves on the amazing teams we build and currently we are looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow. Be part of a regional and national Talent Acquisition team, dedicated to the Canada’s Business Unit, to develop innovative talent attraction strategies to support the business strategy and enable business growth.
Our Canada Talent Acquisition team, have opportunities to participate in a number of cross Canada talent acquisition programs and projects. This role can be flexibly located in Toronto or Montreal and will be a hybrid working condition.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Participate in full-cycle recruitment and selection of suitable candidates for both experienced and emerging talent on campus.
•Develop prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing assessment / screening
•Initiate and support various recruitment activities such as (Offer Letters and or scheduling interviews, sourcing, pulling reports) and updating applicant tracking system.
•Build out talent maps and help develop an on-going pool of candidates.
•Collaborate with Hiring Managers in completing the recruitment cycle and build on the partnership with the focus to continuously improve their talent acquisition capabilities.
•Submit detailed profile write-ups and recommendations when submitting suitable candidates to aid in selecting appropriate candidates for interviews.
•Act as a brand ambassador for CGI to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
•Utilize LinkedIn - and other social networks - to promote the CGI brand and attract candidates to CGI.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•Bilingual in French and English
•Post-secondary degree or diploma preferably in a Business discipline
•3-6 years of full cycle recruitment experience ideally in a mix of high-volume and exposure to the technology sector.
•Achieve customer satisfaction with key internal/external stakeholders through the recruitment process.
•Demonstrable ability to use a variety of recruiting tools, including direct sourcing, e-recruiting and networking.
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and handle a workload with competing priorities, highly organized and able to multitask.
•Strong ability and experience in prioritizing work based on requirements of multiple stakeholders.
•Strong analytical ability with a data curious nature and ability to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
•Collaboration, communication and active listening skills.
