CGI is looking for an experienced DevOps resource with minimum of 5 years of experience and exposure to Manufacturing industry domain knowledge, with good written & oral communication skills. Resource will join our engineering team and be responsible for implementing, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting the IT infrastructure.
This will be a great opportunity to the right candidate working in large enterprise apps footprint in a collaborative environment with team member’s spread across the globe. Besides technical skills, the member should be fluent in English.
Sus futuros deberes y responsabilidades:
•Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs
•Implementing, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting the IT infrastructure.
•Implementing automation tools and frameworks for automatic code deployment. Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
•Release deployments during business and off hours.
•Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
•Writing scripts for service quality analysis, monitoring, alerting and operation
•Designing procedures for system troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance.
•Quality control and management of the code base.
•Investigating and resolving technical issues by deploying updates, patches, and fixes.
Calificaciones requeridas para tener éxito en este rol:
Hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer. Good communications skills is a must, as this role involves working with business and IT users; managing expectations. Should be fluent in English.
