CGI Federal is currently recruiting for experienced, self-motivated team members for a large Federal Client supporting a world-wide federal civilian agency supporting international travel and national security initiatives. The team will deliver full lifecycle IT services, including Program Management, Operations and Maintenance, Security, Disaster Recovery, IT Engineering, and Asset Management within an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) framework. In addition to establishing a trusted relationship with the client in providing stable and reliable IT Operations, we are looking for motivated individuals in varying levels of skill sets and expertise to modernize the IT landscape, while delivering cutting edge technology capabilities. These positions have excellent opportunities for career growth and skill enhancement, as these individuals will be working in service delivery roles within one of the largest independent technology and business services firms in the world.

Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter:

Assist the Program Manager in defining, overseeing, communicating, and training of project management processes, standards and governance. Maintain internal rosters, organizational charts, and distribution lists. Provide support to the full project team at meetings which could include, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and recording actions.

- AA - Degree or relevant experience in Business, Accounting, Finance, or similar field
- Ability to perform multiple tasks independently
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Willingness to learn additional software skills to support project teams
- Active government issued SECRET clearance
