Team CGI is looking to build a diverse team of functional, technical, and development experts that can work in an AGILE environment to create a unified system that supports the United States Army across the Institutional, Operational, and Self-Development training arenas to maximize soldier readiness.

The Senior Test Manager will be responsible for managing and directing the system test activities for the ATIS implementation. Must be able to write detailed test plans, understand scenario and script development, and requirements traceability for full system integration test. Must be able to to ensure functional and technical requirements testing, performance testing, system interface testing, and security testing. Must be able to develop a framework for automated testing. The Senior Test Manager shall collect, track, and report test metrics and brief senior leadership on test status.

Develops test cases based on requirements, constraints, and other design issues. Coordinates uses to execute the test cases and manages the tests to ensure they pass the test case measures. Responsible to isolate and solve issues. Initiates tests, analyzes results, and finds solutions to technical problems. Record and document results and compare to expected results. Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected. Generate historical analysis of test results.

Manages and maintains the program's Quality Control Program (QCP). Conducts audits to ensure processes and deliverables conform to the QCP and requirements and meet the customer's Quality Assurance (QA) standards. Maintains liason with the customer's QA representative. Advises Program Manager on QCP issues and recommends solutions. Develops required QC documentation and reports.

Additional Items May be: Responsible for performing tests on computer applications to isolate and solve issues in support of the ATIS system and Enterprise solution for the United States Army. Initiate tests, analyze results, and find solutions to technical problems and with work with Team CGI (Functional, Technical, Development) sections in order to correct deficiencies. Design and execute test plans on computer applications in support of the ATIS system and Enterprise solution. Record and document results and compare to expected results. Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected. Generate historical analysis of test results.

• Assist with correction of defects with Technical/Development experts in order to support the Design and Build of the ATIS system.

Qualificações requeridas para ser bem sucedido neste role:

• Strong understanding of test design and execution and prior test management and control experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years direct experience in system testing of information systems.
• Computer Science or Information Systems degree required.
• Knowledge of enterprise-level applications, including ERP, Electronic Data Interchange, Customer Relations Management, data warehouse, and ERP applications preferred
• Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship and an active DOD Secret clearance is required


Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to work in complex/collaborative environment
• Ability to understand Customer Business Use Case, forecast, and implement changes that support creation of ATIS Phase II
• Product testing – quality control specialists need a solid understanding of product testing, along with a firm grasp of best practices for testing product construction and durability against specifications
• Assessment and analysis – this role requires significant attention to detail, particularly in terms of assessing a product’s quality and analyzing recurring manufacturing errors or defects
• Manufacturing processes – it’s also helpful for quality control specialists to have some familiarity with manufacturing processes so they can contribute to error reduction and process enhancements
• Problem-solving skills – effective quality control specialists need to be adept problem-solvers, skilled at proposing and implementing solutions to manufacturing defects and recurring quality control issues
• Communication skills – effective communication is also vital in this role, allowing quality control specialists to inform plant managers and personnel about defects and manufacturing delays
