Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead and own all technical testing activities and services related to sizable application(s) and
associated projects
• Act as a test subject matter expert for techncal solutions and functional areas - especially on
Selenium, Web Services (REST)
• Act as a hands on Test Lead working on automated test scripts & perform Team Lead
responsibilities
• Design & develop test automation frameworks using Selenium, Parasoft SOAtest
• Develop or assist in developing strategic/tactical testing deliverables such as Test Strategies
& Plans across multiple lines of business
• Perform requirements analysis and quality risk analysis
• Perform high-level and detailed test estimates
• Accountable for monitoring and reporting test progress & status to CGI/Client project
management & executive stakeholders
• Oversee the development of automated/manual test cases, test conditions/scenarios and
traceability matrix(ces) for multiple teams
• Lead and coach junior team members on Test automation & Testing processes
• Oversee the identification and preparation test data
• Manage tasks and assignments to team members
• Monitor and manage completion of assigned testing scope and deliverables
• Ensure quality processes are followed
• Facilitate and run defect triage meetings for multiple initiatives
• Communicate progress of testing activities to the Client Test Manager/Test Lead or directly
to client stakeholders
• Produce internal and client facing status reports, as required
• Perform additional system testing-related activities, as required
• Participate in and facilitate lessons learned reviews
• Responsible for pertinent team training activities
• Collaborate with client team to collect, create, present, maintain, and store knowledge assets
• Maintain solid understanding of software testing best practices, methodologies and
terminology
• Act as a mentor for the team members on Testing processes

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required Level of Education:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and/or Business
• Industry recognized testing certification(s)

Must Have Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 8+ yrs working in Software Testing, Quality Assurance
• Minimum 5+ yrs leading test teams
• Minimum 2+ yrs working within Agile Development Model
• Minimum 2+ yrs working on projects in the banking domain
• Minimum 6+ yrs working with HP ALM and/or Quality Center
• Minimum 4+ yrs of hands on working experience on Selenium
• Minimum 3+ yrs working with Web services Testing using SOAP UI or Parasoft

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
• Working experience in Selenium
• Working experience in Mainframe, TSYS, TRIAD
