The Contract Closeout Department is looking for someone that is eager to learn more about contracts and finance. Working in this department will enhance your knowledge in both areas. This position also offers the ability to work independently, but with a great team that is supportive and has one goal!

Fonctions et responsabilités :

This position will be responsible for preparing contract closeout analysis in accordance with Closeout Department procedures for various types of contracts. This requires understanding of the contract that is being closed out by reviewing contract documents, reconciling contract funding, verifying all invoices were paid, and ensuring all costs were billed with the correct burdens. Deltek Costpoint and Cognos are used to retrieve contract and financial data. Other responsibilities include: coordination/preparation of final invoices, preparation of closeout documents for approval, communication of revenue adjustments to the owning business unit, deactivation of projects in Costpoint, and other duties as assigned.

Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle :

Bachelors degree plus five years of experience or equivalent experience in lieu of education. Must have strong financial/analytical skills. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently. However, this person also works in a team with other Contract Closeout Professionals that all contribute to the Closeout Process. Therefore, this person must be able to communicate well with others.

Desired
Knowledge of provisional bill and rate adjustment billing. Prefer Costpoint experience. Experience with Projects Setup and/or Billing is desired. Prefer strong Excel skills.
