CGI is seeking an Engagement Director with service delivery, industry, technical, and project management experience to cover a book of business within the Financial Services & Insurance portfolio. The primary focus of this role, working under the supervision of the Financial Services Account Manager, will be to work with existing clients and operational teams on strategic accounts to ensure implementation and operational services are meeting established SLO, SLA and KPI’s. The role will include oversight of project teams, financial responsibilities, as well as staffing and client relationship development. Location requirements are to be on client site.
The position will join the Austin/San Antonio metro team which is continuing to grow rapidly and expand its client base. The candidate will lead a team of professionals with skill sets ranging from administrative to senior technical experts. Fonctions et responsabilités :
- Act as single POC for strategic clients; managing day to day relationships, providing insight into CGI offerings, new technology opportunities, communicate regularly with C Level executives, participate in client meetings and be available as needed – this may include non-business hour and weekend work.
- Ability to manage escalations, outages, significant issues/concerns while working closely with internal members engineers and providing consistent communications to clients. - Ability to work independently, be a forward-thinking individual. Experience in managing SLO, SLA and KPI’s and establishing rapport with a diverse work group. - Excellent written and communication skills are critical to the successful candidate including prior experience in writing contract documentation and change requests. - Familiarity in the areas of financial services, process automation, ITIL and Agile frameworks, and digital transformation will be value-add skills for the top candidate. - Ability to work closely with the PMO on existing and future projects; resource and budget planning, project health check report generation and be accountable for timely delivery and overall success.

- Must have account and/or client management experience.
- Knowledge and ability to contribute to the publication of internal and external documents as Operational Frameworks, SLA metrics, billing reports, SOW's, Incident Reviews, P&L reports and change requests. - Candidate to be extremely detail oriented especially with respect to budgetary issues and forecasting. Member must have prior P&L acumen and understand how to manage budget over/under run, timekeeping reports, change requests and additional (add-on) statements of work. - Experience in working with business partners to contribute and receive Executive Steering Committees, Metric Reviews, Change Administration Board meetings, audits, and client communications. - If required, work with staff to manage/oversee any yellow/red accounts, generate corrective action plans and bring account(s) back to green as aggressively as possible.
