CGI Federal is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Lead Enterprise Architect to join a Department of Navy Program in Aberdeen Proving Ground. This is an exciting future opportunity to provide advisory and assistance services (A&AS) to aid with strategic planning, organizational change management, optimization of investments, streamlining of business process, data management, data analysis, cyber security optimization and digital transformation.
Fonctions et responsabilités :
Ensure our client’s enterprise technologies are aligned against capability shortfalls. Conduct initial and continuation planning to support and engage the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) methodology for the client’s enterprise IT compliance and documentation and intelligence planning. Analyze architecture baseline planning, including AV-1, identify key stakeholders and operational and functional roles, and assess current state and relevant future architecture capabilities. Consolidate tactical architecture from components, provide final architectures to the enterprise architect and government personnel, and analyze the development of an architecture governance process on behalf of government clients. Ensure technology planning and practices are aligned with the client’s IT strategic goals and overall strategic road-map while providing architectural and consulting services, training, direction, and assistance to an extended architecture team for DoDAF frameworks and methodologies. Manage and continuously improve the design of IT architectures and processes while supporting DoDAF and the client’s methodologies and frameworks.

• Expert knowledge of systems architecture and engineering
• Working knowledge of DoDAF, TOGAF, or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge and experience developing and implementing systems
• Detailed knowledge of cyber security and risk management

DoD 8570.01-Manual IAT Level II
Certification or degree in architecture (ACEA)
