Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a polished Front Desk Coordinator to support the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) division of the Department of Justice.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Screens telephone calls, visitors and incoming correspondence
Refers calls and visitors to appropriate staff
Responds to requests for information
Coordinates personnel and administrative forms for the immigration courts and forwards for processing
Maintains various spreadsheets for EOIR HQ and Courts
Provides administrative support for training conferences and special projects

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

1 to 4 years of experience as a receptionist, secretary, or related experience
Ability to successfully complete a corporate Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education, Employment, Credit and Driving Records Checks
Must possess an active Department of Justice Moderate Risk Public Trust; active Secret or Top Secret clearance preferred Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills
Experience with various software, i.e., Windows XP, WordPerfect, MS Word, Lotus 1 2 3, Excel, and Quattro Pro
