Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related courses

• Effective English communication skills

• Excellent people and analytical skills

• Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift and in Taguig City

• Must have 1 year .Net and SQL Development Experience

Your future duties and responsibilities:

General

1. This document is intended for the role of a Dynamics AX Technical Consultant. This document describes this role in general, and your exact responsibilities. You’ll have to manage your time between this assignment and your various other responsibilities within the company.
2. By accepting this role, you are expected to perform the following role (but not limited to) in the Business Unit’s projects and initiatives.
a. Technical Service Consultant


Technical Service Consultant - Responsibilities

1. Become a solid source of information in your area of expertise. This would include having significant to expert knowledge in two or more of the Dynamics AX technical skills that may include but are not limited to:
a. X++ development
i. Debugging
ii. Customization
b. Architecture
c. Security
d. Infrastructure design
e. Visual Studio Integration
f. SSIS, SSRS and SSAS
g. Performance optimization
i. Performance benchmark
ii. System health check
h. Storage management
i. Enterprise Portal

2. Create documentation and white papers that will be used in case studies and training session for more junior members.

3. Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to his teams’ knowledge and experiences.
4. Co-team with the Solutions Architect to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.

5. Produce a detailed technical design document to match the solution design specifications

6. Complete/oversee the custom development and quality assurance efforts for custom work

7. Able to meet or exceed agreed service level targets with the client in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in terms of:
a. Incident Management
b. Problem Management
c. Service Requests
d. Change Management
8. Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer

9. Manage development designs and projects to meet project and customer required time lines.

10. Communicate with client professionally either through phone or e-mail.

Administrative
1. Adherence to all company mandated responsibilities.


Security
1. Be aware of one’s obligation under legislation governing data protection, computer misuse, copyright protection, intellectual property, the retention of public records and the common law; both local and countries where services are provided.

2. Act with propriety in the use of the business units’ Information resources;

3. Familiarize with and conform to the Information Security policy and related Standards, Guidelines, etc;

4. Report immediately to one’s Line Manager and Information Security Officer, any breaches, or suspected breaches, of the CGI Philippines Information Security policy.
