Position Description:

Provides first level supervision to the team of Professionals in Applications Development sub-function. The team supervisor's focus is on mentoring, coaching, coordination as well as providing technical leadership. Leads teams in the design and development of software applications or specialized utility programs that will enhance the organization's/client's ability to achieve strategic goals and targets.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Leading, managing and coaching a high performing application support team in a 24x7 environment
• Maintaining and applying fixes to applications and software to ensure appropriate support and service level standards are met and exceeded
• Managing support calls, incidents, problems, root cause analysis and providing workarounds and solutions
• Meeting and exceeding the customer focus expectations, resolving issues and developing solutions to meet customer needs.
• ADM for shared services will be responsible to lead the end to end change management team, problem management team and SLM teams.
• Metrics for change / problem / SLM management
• Work across ITIL streams, problem, change and SLM
• Working with the client and operations teams to identify and manage application improvement activities
• Following up if application delivery is not meeting expectations

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Primary Skills: ITIL Change Management
• Around 10 to 13 years’ experience of hands on experience in ITIL service delivery including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Resource Management, Service level Management
• ITIL certification
• SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction
• Good communication around issues and opportunities get things done; make things happen
• Ensuring operations teams are aware of changes and are prepared
• Removing all obstacles to customer satisfaction and / or financial performance
• Along with service delivery manager; accountable for and contribute to the overall performance of the managed application services
• Have worked in a multi customer environment
• Demonstrable track record in delivering technological environments.
