The Director of Consulting Services will be responsible and accountable for:

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Client Relationship & Business Development with one or more clients
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients
• Developing and Governing business with assigned clients
• Ensuring the quality of services delivered to their assigned clients
• Participating in the delivery of client engagements
• Assigning, recruiting and supporting the career development of team members
• Fostering the development of the team’s capabilities and expertise in line with client needs/market evolution
• Leading and managing to achieve targeted revenue and profitability
• Develop and submit project proposals to the client
• Works closely with Finance to manage and forecast account revenue
• Prepares and presents account status presentation to client executives
• Work closely with CGI and Client’s delivery team on project and BAU activities
• Validation and approval of monthly and project SOX reporting and billing

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 10+ years project/program delivery experience in a senior role within a matrixes environment, including solid background in account management at the executive level
• P&L management experience
• Experience managing consultants in a matrix environment
• 2 years minimum experience in providing sales leadership and support in a consulting environment
• Experience managing at least three to five turnkey engagements each over $1 M in value


Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field of study; an MBA would be preferred

Additional attributes:

• Experience working within a consulting environment
• Experience selling within the Banking and Financial Markets industry
• Applicable industry certifications (CSC, CMA, CPA, CGA, PMP, ITIL, etc.)
