• Requests received from vendors and users.
• New invoices to be registered, where and how.
• Requests received from vendors and users.
• Issues with paid invoices, wrong amount, wrong bank account number etc.
• Requests received from vendors and users.
• Questions regarding Task workflows, why/why not received workflow, how do I handle this workflow, how do I change task manager etc.
• Requests from Users.
• Incorrect WBS (account assignment) is used for an invoice/ Service Entry, how to fix.
• Requests from Users.
• Registration of new vendors/change of existing vendors.
• Requests received from vendors and users.
• Assistance with MIS, change/create new reports etc.
• Requests from Users.
